  • How do I choose a delivery slot?
    You can choose the day of delivery when ordering on the website. Please note that your company has fixed delivery dates.


  • How do I know when my order has arrived? 
    Octus will send you an email notification as soon as your order has been delivered. We kindly remind you to confirm the order pick-up as soon as you collect it.


  • At what time will my order arrive at my workplace?
    Octus will deliver before 5 p.m. on the delivery day chosen when ordering, so that you can collect your groceries before leaving work.


  • Does the delivery service offer an option to track my order?
    Octus currently does not offer a real-time tracking option. However, the status of you rorder is continuously communicatedto you by email.
    This includes:
    • order confirmation, 
    • departure of the order from the preparation site, and 
    • the arrival of the order at your workplace. 


  • Does the delivery service generate additional costs?
    No. We do not charge any delivery fees.  


  • I am changing my workplace within the company from time to time. Do you deliver to all workplaces of the same company?
    Not necessarily.If your employer has more than one location that we serve, you can choose your delivery destination in your user account or during the checkout process. It is therefore possible to change the place of delivery, provided that the new destination is part of the sites of your employer that we serve.
    Additionally, it is also possible to work at location A, not served by Octus, and have it delivered to location B, which we serve, provided it is the same employer.
